The principal focus of Greenberg Dauber Epstein & Tucker is to assist its clients in assessing all legal options available and then to determine, in conjunction with the client, the most practical and advantageous legal solution that meets the client's needs.

The structure of the Firm is designed to accomplish this purpose. First, while there are four broad departments in the Firm—Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate, and Tax, Estates and Trusts—these departments are not artificially segregated; the talent and experience of all groups are available on any matter. Secondly, the senior members of the Firm are consulted and are accessible in every case. Finally and most importantly, legal advice is not given in a vacuum; practical legal advice cannot be delivered without listening to, and having continuing contact with, the client.
